OUR KITCHEN REMODEL DESIGN PROCESS
It’s clear when someone is ready to remodel their kitchen. They usually have a mood board that they’ve built using pictures from magazines or online sources like Pinterest or Instagram. (A picture is often worth a thousand words!)
So, we talk and come up with a method to execute their ideal kitchen. Our client approves a list of materials, and we’re ready to go.
WHAT TO EXPECT
All materials are purchased directly, to ensure that the client purchases items at fair value. We usually recommend Big Box Stores because they offer convenient upfront and delivery services. Then, we ensure all of the materials are on-site and in good condition. And then, we get started.
We will work steadily until the job is done. We will be in frequent touch and can always answer questions. Also, you can expect us to ask you many questions throughout the process, to make sure you feel included and informed about the progress we are making. We work quickly, but take the proper amount of time to ensure that everything is done carefully and well: we know that the kitchen is often the heart of the home, where everyone gathers before school or after a long day. We want you to feel overjoyed every time you look at that new sink or the new sleek floors.
RIGHT RELATIONSHIP AND GOOD COMMUNICATION
Clients have 30 days to pay the final invoice once the job is complete. Before then, we are happy to return to touch up anything that needs more attention, if necessary. Our services come with a one-year warranty in the event that anything was improperly installed. However, we do not cover manufacturer’s defects.
